Duty
The delivery cost does not include any applicable duty or customs tariffs that may be levied upon importation. These charges must be paid by the consignee. If goods are refused due to customs reasons a 20% return fee is applicable.

Can I track my order?
All orders are sent by tracked delivery and you will receive an email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

What is your Returns Policy?
We hope that you will be delighted with your order, but if in the very unlikely event your order arrives damaged or faulty please do notify us within 7 days of receipt. Damaged or faulty items must be unused and returned to us in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt for a refund. We are only able to accept returns that were purchased on www.thehealingtreeskincare.com. The goods must be in the original packaging and unused. *Please note: because of the nature of our products and the fact that they are handmade to order we cannot accept returns on items unless they are faulty or damaged in transit.
